New Titles Help

New Titles allows you to search for materials received by the Library within the last four months.

To search for new titles:

• Select a location, time period and sort option.
• Optional: Enter a keyword or phrase in the Search For: box to search for a specific title, author, subject, or subject classification.
• To find a title or subject, enter a keyword or phrase: marble mountain?
• To find an author, enter the last name of the author: sagan
• To search by classification number, enter one or two letters from the Library of Congress Classification: Q will retrieve all science materials, QL will retrieve zoology materials
• Use ? to truncate: fish? finds fish, fishes, fishing...
• Do not use boolean operators: AND, OR, NOT
